Since 2013, KJ Distribution has been a wholesaler and retail store specializing in factory-refurbished products from LG, Samsung, Sony, Hisense, and TCL. We are now open to the public, offering wholesale pricing on a wide range of electronics, including:

What Do I Need When I Pick My Item Up From The Store?
Please pick up your items at our store within 7 calendar days after receiving your "Ready for Store Pickup" email.
Do I need to bring anything to the store when I pick up my order?
Yes, you will need the following items when picking up your order:
- Ready for Store Pickup Email
- Valid ID: Driver's License or government- issued ID (where the first and last names match the billing name entered for the order)
How Long Will My Shipment Take?
KJ Distribution ships orders using Purolator, Canpar, UPS, FedEx or other local carriers, selecting the most cost-effective expedited option available. We process all orders within 1-2 business days and ship by the next business day whenever possible (conditions may apply). All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the delivery service selected at checkout.
If the delivery address is condomimum or apartment building, please provide buzzer code required for buidling access.

What Is Included In My Warranty?
We inspect all products before shipping or at the time of pickup. Any item that arrives defective may be returned within 7 days in its original packaging. We will issue a full refund, including the original shipping cost. Under our warranty policy, if an item stops working, we will repair or replace it at no extra charge if you choose to keep the product. Please note that any physical damage occurring after purchase is not covered by the warranty.
If return reason is change of mind, products can be returned within 7 days in their original packaging and with all accessories, provided they are in resellable and fully working condition. If these conditions are met, we will issue a refund excluding the shipping cost.
90-Day Warranty Policy
All products are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in the device (unless defects were disclosed and agreed upon before purchase) for a period of 90 days from the date of the original retail purchase.
This warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by improper installation, misuse, alteration, accidents, or any circumstances beyond the manufacturer’s control. Damage resulting from abuse, negligence, or normal wear—such as scratches—will void this warranty and is not covered.
All refurbished products include a 90-day limited warranty, unless otherwise specified.
Certain products may come with a 30-day limited warranty.
Physical Damage on Arrival
If a product arrives physically damaged, please contact us at kjdist.sales@gmail.com with photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers must provide written notice with photos promptly after discovering the damage, and no later than 48 hours from the delivery time. Failure to provide notice within this timeframe will void our return and warranty policy.
Refunds for items damaged on arrival will be issued once the shipping carrier acknowledges the damage claim and confirms that the damage occurred during transit. If we request the product to be shipped back to our store for inspection, the refund will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
Damages resulting from improper unboxing, installation, alteration, accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence will not qualify for a refund.
