What is KJ Distribution?

KJ Distribution is a wholesaler carrying LG factory refurbished products now open to the public with wholesale prices. Our products include but not limited to:

LG Factory Refurbished Products: Appliances, TV, Monitors, Media players and etc. Customer Return/ Aftermarket Products for Open Box/ Store Refurbished: Furniture, Audio, Speaker Systems, Electronics, Mount, Accessories and more.

We guarantee that our prices are the lowest in the market and qualified warranty services.

What Are My Buying Options?

2. Order online and get it delivered to you.

3. Order online and pick up your product at our store.

What Do I Need When I Pick My Item Up From The Store?

Please pick up your items at our store within 7 calendar days after receiving your "Ready for Store Pickup" email.

Do I need to bring anything to the store when I pick up my order?

Yes, you will need the following items when picking up your order:

  1. Ready for Store Pickup Email
  2. Valid ID: Driver's License or government- issued ID (where the first and last names match the billing name entered for the order)

How Long Will My Shipment Take?

KJ Distribution uses Canada Post, Canpar and FedEx to ship all purchased items as expedited parcels with lower costs. We always process within 1 business day and ship purchased items within the next business day (conditions may apply) of ordering for our customers to get their purchases as soon as possible. All items are insured and signature required for more secured and safer shipping. Depending where the package is being delivered and which delivery option you chose, the amount of business days for the package to be delivered to your door will vary.

Is HST Included In The Price?

HST is included in all of our prices.

What Is Included In My Warranty?

All items purchased that was defective on arrival may be returned within 7 days in their original packaging. We will guarantee your money to be refunded back including your shipment. Under our warranty service if items are not in working condition, we will repair/ replace without any extra charges if you choose to keep the product.

Working items may be returned within 7 days in their original packaging and accessories in a resell-able and working condition. If conditions are met, we will guarantee your money to be refunded back not including your shipment costs.  

30-Day Warranty Policy

Warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in device (unless defects stated/ agreed upon before purchase) for a period of 30-days from the date of the original retail purchase. This warranty does not cover defects or damage due to improper installation, use, alteration, accident or any other event beyond the control of the manufacturer. Defects or damage resulting from misuse, abuse or negligence will void this warranty. This warranty does not cover scratching or damage that may result from normal usage.

90-Day Warranty Policy

Warranty condition is same as 30-day policy.

Selected LG refurbished product comes with 90 day limited warranty.
other than above product come with 30 day limited warranty
unless otherwise specified.

Physical Damage on Arrival

In case product arrives physically damaged, please contact us at kjdist.sales@gmail.com within 48 hours from the delivery time.

Customer must promptly provide KJ Distribution with written notice after discovery of the damage, and in any event not later than 48 hours after the time of delivery.

Failing to provide a 48-hour notice for damage will void our return and warranty policy. 

Refunds for damaged item on arrival will be issued when the carrier acknowledges the receipt of a damage claim or after 10 days from the delivery date, whichever occurs first. Please note that refunds will be issued only if it is determined that the damages were indeed caused by the carrier in transit. 

Damages deemed to occur due to improper unboxing, installation, alteration, accident, misuse, abuse or negligence will NOT qualify for refunds. 

Are There Any Delivery Services For Appliances?

For those who live in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area), KJ Distribution provides delivery services for appliances at very low fees.
