Overall Return Guidelines
- All product returns require an authorization from KJ Distribution. Customer may obtain an authorization by contacting our customer service.
- Products that are received by KJ Distribution in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:
- Any product not purchased from KJ Distribution.
- Any product with missing or altered parts and accessories.
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.
- Any product that exhibits physical damage. If you received your product damaged, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Please refer to “Returns for product malfunctions or defects”.
- Any product which appears tampered, customized or altered in any way.
- Any product that is returned with markings or writing made by the customer on the original box.
- Return request must be made within the period specified in the marketplace policy.
Returns for product malfunctions or defects
For returns initiated due to product malfunctions or defects, KJ Distribution will be responsible for the return shipping.
A return shipping label with tracking number will be provided to the customer. A full refund, including the original shipping fee will be issued upon receiving and inspecting the unit at our warehouse.
In the event that the returned product is not defective, an incorrect product or where the product does match what was shown on the listing page, the return authorization will be voided and refund will not be issued. To retrieve the item, the customer must provide KJ Distribution a shipping label.
Returns for reasons other than product malfunctions or defects
Returns initiated for reasons other than product malfunctions or defects are subject to return shipping fees.
This includes reasons such as change of mind, not being satisfied with product, inaccurate size/dimension measurement, performance not adequate to customer’s standards and other reasons which are out of the seller’s control.
KJ Distribution will deduct the return shipping fees from the refund amount on all returns.
KJ Distribution reserves the right to adjust the value of any item returned for refund to reflect its current market price, especially for items returned in a condition other than its original condition.
Upon receiving a return shipping label
Customers must mail the item within 10 days of receiving a return shipping label.
If it is not shipped within 10 days, it will be regarded as the customer withdrawing his/her return intentions and the return request will be CANCELLED without further notice.
If customers requires more than 10 days to ship the item, please notify KJ Distribution as soon as possible.
